Fried Chinese rice with shrimp

● red onion – 1 PC.
● mushrooms – 50 g.
● celery stalks – 1 PC.
● garlic – 1 piece
● cilantro – 1 bunch.
● mint – 1 bunch.
● olive oil – 20 ml.
● soy sauce – 20 ml.
● dry chilli – 1 piece
● rice – 200 g
● shrimp – 200 g.
● sweet red pepper – 1 PC.
● frozen green peas – 100 g.

Boil rice according to package directions. Peel the onion and cut into half rings.
In skillet, heat olive oil and saute the onion. Celery cut into small pieces and add to the onion. Sweet peppers, removing seeds and membrane, cut into thin strips, add to pan to the onion and celery and stir. Cut the mushrooms into slices, put on the vegetables.

Garlic peel, cut into slices, add to pan and mix well. Green peas, not defrosting, put the vegetables and stir. Dry chilli crushing with the hands, add to the pan, stir, then pour the soy sauce and mix. Put the rice and, stirring, to warm up. Drain shrimp salt solution and add them to the rice with vegetables. All heat, stirring. Coriander and mint finely chopped, add to the pan, stir and turn the heat off.
